Accurate Profile Data
Users are responsible for keeping account information, contact handles, and security parameters up to date.
Password Safeguards
You are solely responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and protecting multi-factor authentication tokens.
Account Activity
You accept full responsibility for all activities, messages, posts, and configuration changes originating from your account.
Acceptable Use
Prohibited behaviors and standards required to maintain a civil community.
No Harassment or Hate
Harassment, hate speech, bullying, threat delivery, or abusive targeting of individuals or groups is strictly forbidden.
No Spam or Exploits
Sending unsolicited bulk messaging, automated spam posts, commercial scams, or misleading links is prohibited.
No Illegal Content
Uploading or distributing illegal material, explicit unauthorized media, or harmful content is subject to instant account removal.
No Impersonation
Falsely claiming identity, posing as another member, or misrepresenting official entity affiliation is prohibited.
No Security Compromises
Attempting to bypass access controls, probe system vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform infrastructure is strictly forbidden.
User Content Ownership & Permissions
You retain full intellectual property ownership of the text, photos, videos, and media content you create and publish on Social Connect. By uploading or sharing content, you grant Social Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide permission solely to store, process, format, transmit, and display that content as necessary to operate platform services according to your selected privacy preferences.
Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines. Account owners may also request voluntary account deactivation or deletion at any time through their account settings.
Advertising & Ad Credits
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Users may purchase digital Ad Credits to launch and manage sponsored campaigns promoting posts, channels, and communities across Social Connect:
- Delivery & Fulfillment: Purchased Ad Credits are digital goods delivered and credited to your account's Ad Wallet immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
- Wallet Usage: Ad Credits are deducted based on campaign delivery metrics (such as impressions or promoted views). Credits have no monetary cash value outside Social Connect and are non-transferable between accounts.
- Ad Content Compliance: All advertisements and promoted materials must strictly comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to review, reject, or pause campaigns that violate platform safety standards.
- Refunds: Refund requests for unused, unspent Ad Credits are evaluated according to our Refund Policy. Once credits have been consumed or allocated to active campaign delivery, they are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All Social Connect logos, visual branding, interface designs, source software, and core assets belong exclusively to Social Connect and are protected by intellectual property laws. They may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit written permission.
Changes to the Service & Terms
We continually enhance Social Connect. Features, capabilities, or these Terms of Service may evolve over time. Continued platform usage following published term modifications indicates agreement to the revised terms.
Limitation of Liability
Social Connect is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain high service reliability and secure communication channels, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times. Social Connect is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
